A Queens legislator is declaring war on vehicle human body repair service outlets and rental auto organizations he statements are gobbling up neighborhood road parking areas.
Councilman Robert Holden has proposed a legislation that would focus on automobile body retailers, auto rental corporations and fuel stations who use street parking for the function of dropping-off, finding-up, inspecting, storing, fixing, servicing or displaying a car or truck for sale, lease or hire.
